Have you seen who they hire there? No - it isn't very hard. BUT the numbers are against you - there are hundreds of people applying there, it is hard to get in anywhere right now.

But just keep trying - eventually you will get a job there.
Well it shouldn't be that hard. If you are 16 then you will probly be accepted. If it doesn't work, you could probly do so much better than McDonalds. How easy is it to get a job at mcdonalds?
You need a college degree to work at McDonalds. Sorry to break the news to you.

If you have a pulse, you should get the job.
Don't be nervous. Everyone has to get their first job somewhere and fast food is normal place to start. They will train you and yes just be friendly and willing to learn and work and you should be fine. Good Luck
It's easy to get a job at McDonald's but if your 16 you can get a better job in a less greasy environment. you can work in a grocery store and you are allowed to talk to people there from time to time where at McDonald's your usually in the kitchen and see the same people a lot.

Don't worry about not having experience where ever you apply. It's not a trade industry so you don't need pre-experience and they usually have training there.

Working as a cashier at a place i used to work at they trained me for a week and paid me as well. Also you get to meet someone new every day :)
I heard you have to have a high school diploma to work there.
hey Im Julia too!

u dont need anything to work there but as someone who worked there many yrs ago i recommend not maybe try work at a cafe or something -Macas kinda treat u like poop

but then if ur young and want experience and some cash then go for it they are a good reference for other jobs. they give you experience in money handling, customer service, complaints etc.

Dont be nervous just be yourself and write down some questions to ask them - they like that.

Like

- Pay?

- Hours?

- Can you work in different areas?

stuff like that.

good luck!
I got my job at McDonald's with little work experience. I just smiled and told them that I was really friendly and I was a motivated worker. A few minutes into the interview she asked me when I wanted to start! It's not that hard just don't be too nervous.
