Can I use my job i just got at McDonalds to work my way up to a Manager and Managerial Experience from bottom?

I am wondering if I do really really good at McDonalds that down the road will I be able to be promoted to a Manager and start down the road to getting Managerial experience, to use at McDonalds and also other positions in a Managerial sense? (Starting from working as a normal crew member.)

Unless you're the bosses nephew you have to start at the bottom and work your way up. Go to college and get an MBA(Masters in Business Administration). Work your way up for a few years and then get experience elsewhere. The MBA opens doors that you can not enter otherwise. Remember always work a little harder and smarter than the other guy and management will notice you. A piece of advise my Grandmother gave me years ago was work a sustainable pace. If you bust your butt just to get ahead they will expect you to work that hard all the time. Sit down with a counselor and set attainable goals. Wherever you go you must remember that everyone has more experience than you.
