very easy,make sure your always doing something don't just stand around they will claim they don't pay you to do nothing or your just lazy,when you have no customers stock all sauces,fill up fry rack,make sure up front and drive through has ice enough cups etc,make sure the lobby is clean help your other employees as much as you can when your free,be very polite people will work your nerve just give a smile and reply with a helpful response,when your being trained don't take long pay close attention,you will also be watched on how long it takes you to train.make sure floors are not greasy so mop and dry good.all trash should be half full not full,always wash your hands,use hand sanitizer,the register will tell you how much change to give back so follow that to a T,make sure your giving the right change or your draw will be over or under they look at both,it means you doing something wrong and money is not to be played with.Most important have a positive attitude at all time even when you tired or having a mood swing,it's like acting,and you better act if you wanna keep your job

it does require you use your head. when you start training pay attention and ask questions about anything you don't understand. McDonald's has a lot of training tools, take advantage of them. you will be taught everything over time but at first you will learn one job so that you can become productive and then you will constantly learn new duties after that. always remember to ask questions and ask for help when you need it.





it is amazing how easy the job seems to those who have never done it.
