Well it's an American company that has franchises over here so that will mean that they have a decent awards/recognition scheme going and the chances of being moved on and upwards are very good providing you give it your all. You should also remember that despite it having a grim reputation for its staff, you can then say on your CV that you have been responsible for dealing with customers, money, health and safety and general security of the store and this experience is always recognised elsewhere.Long term benefits for working in McDonalds?
