What to expect at a McDonalds Interview?

I am 16 years old and I have my first ever job interview with McDonalds on Monday. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect, especially with the On Job Evalutation. What should I wear? Are the interviews individual? Am I likely to get the job? If I am successful will they tell me at the interview or contact me later on?What to expect at a McDonalds Interview?
Well first off i think you should dress casual.. nd be super friendly.. at mcdonalds..they care more about your personality because thats what they are basically looking for.. a real people person.. yeah they are supposed to inteview you individually to really get to know you.. but orientations are in group which is after interview..

...it depends on the person interviewing and how desperatly they need new workers.... i know i got hired right after my interview.. but most times they will contact you afterwards... and if they dont you can call back after a few weeks to find out....

.. pretty much she asked me alot about school.. since im only 15.. bcuz she wanted to make sure that working wont make me fall behind..

and they want to make sure you live near so if they ever need you in a hurry you can get there fast and how often and what hours you prefer to work and stuff like that..since your 16 only they should understand you have school still and will fit your schedule into it..

just remember to be really friendly..smile and give moderate eyecontact.. just to prove your a nice people person and tell them that you can be pretty flexible with the hours..

.....Good Luck鈞?.What to expect at a McDonalds Interview?
With mcdonalds they usually only interview people that they are going to hire. But, that doesn't mean that you definitely have the job. I would say wear something that you would wear like you were going to church. This is your first job and you do want to make a great first impression. Yes, the interviews are individual. You will either be interviewed by the general manager or one of the higher Assistant managers. These are the people who you go to if you have any problems later down the road, or if you aren't getting trained properly, or if you want to move up the mcdonalds ladder. In the interview they will ask you a series of questions about your availability, punctuality, etc...Just go in and be confident. They will tell you after the interview if you got the job or not and how you will be making. Typically a raise of given after being there for 30 days. Then, they will set you up with an orientation date and your start date. They should also give you your first week's schedule and who you will be training with and who your first manager is. At orientation you will watch several videos, get your uniforms, and sign some papers(cash handling, etc...) But, in the end don't be scared. Give 100% and you can go a long way.
