Should I keep my job at Mcdonalds?

I just started working at Mcdonald (im only 16, give me a break) and since i have not been able to eat meat. I dont know why. Unfortunatley, i have to train all summer for hockey and meat is part of my diet. The bad thing is, my dad forced me into the job and he will be "disappointed"(god i hate that word) if i quit.Should I keep my job at Mcdonalds?
i'm 16 too and i've been a vegetarian for almost four years and work @ chick-fil-a. There's tons of other ways to get protien, check out peta2.com for a free cookbook. oh, and i recommend keeping your job atleast until you have another one lined up. it may be hard to find somewhere else willing to hire a 16 year old, especially since we're in a recession. plus, your dad will be happy. good luck! :)
most people works in high school during summer time, to gain experience and make some money. If you really dislike your job, you should find another job, before you quit this job at Mcdonalds. Please be sure to give two weeks notice, as a common practice.

Go on line, to find what is the substitute for meat. Good luck!Should I keep my job at Mcdonalds?
My sister did the same thing but she worked at a place that specialized in chicken. That was 10 years ago and she still-to this day- does NOT eat meat....

You can eat other things high in protein so you should be ok. She is probally the healthiest of all my family.....
you don't have to eat meat. as long as you can eat eggs, tuna, whey protein, milk, cottage cheese you will have enough protein.Should I keep my job at Mcdonalds?
I think you should quit if it interferes with your sporting schedule. Also you should talk to your dad about it because its sometimes easy for parents to understand our problems that we face.
Stay with it until you find another one. Meat is not a necessity- there are great meat substitutes
