What happened to all the blacks who used to work at McDonalds before Hispanics took over?

McDonalds employees were almost always 100% black now they are becoming like 100% Mexican now.

they are probably working somewhere else. but it seems hispanics and whites (at least in rural parts) are always working in fast food.

because its all that a mexican can do but they end up getting fired because they dont speak english and there for make too many mistakes and give out too many wrong orders.
Why don't you go back to work at McDonalds so you won't feel so bad.
