They pay at least minimum wage and also tend to offer college scholarships to alot of their student employees.

Benefits always vary with the type of job, full-time, part-time, etc. and you cannot discriminate wages on age, Um...what's so great about what?

It's good to begin your work history and make your own money.McDonald's for many is not a career choice.But it's a good way of building your resume' for a better job somewhere else.Try not to skip around, be on time and be responsible .It's small change,to some but it'll be your own money!
