Can I work at McDonalds and stay healthy?

Hey guys, lately, Ive been thinking of applying for a job at McDonalds for extra money. Only thing is that I have been on a diet for over a year and I am in the middle of gaining mass, I really want the job but at the same time, I wouldn't want to get fat, I've heard youll get fat because youll get forced into eating Mcdonalds during your break, you couldn't bring your own food.

Im 16 by the wayCan I work at McDonalds and stay healthy?
They cannot force to you eat anything... that is your choice.

What they do is give you a break allowance, which varies from restaurant to restaurant but for us it's have whatever you want just write it down, but I do not understand why you MUST eat McDonald's - that is a loss to them.

You should be allowed to bring your own food, or go out for your break. I often go to other places to get my lunch and they tell you just to try your best to hide any branding as you walk back into the store. So if I go to Starbucks and get things to take away, I'm told to try and hide all the Starbucks branding so that customers don't see it.

I then usually get juice, fries and deserts free from McDonald's from the meal allowance and have the thing from Starbucks as the main part of the meal.

I also often just create my own thing... Mayo, lettuce, and cucumber on a wrap... it's light, and not that bad for you... and free :D
u should be able 2 bring your own food but if not then u can go out somewhere else or just pack a lunch and leave it in your car unless your parents drive you. Also McDonald's DOES have some healthy menu items like the fruit and yogurt parfaits, salads (WITHOUT ranch), fruit smoothies and spicy chicken sandwich. obviously dont get any type of hamburger or fries. Can I work at McDonalds and stay healthy?
I don't know where you heard that, but they don't force you to eat their food. At least not in my location. Everybody in there takes their own food, or you could always eat from the store as an alternative. Maybe you should double check before committing to the job, or at least, mention that you're on a diet.
Ok, listen. You are not forced to eat McDonald's on your break. You can go out and buy a sandwich, or a salad. Eventually working in McDonald's everyday, the food smell will sicken you to the point where you won't even eat it, or even quit. I'd say don't worry about it. Have willpower. Be strong. If you need the money, think about the money. Forget the food. I'm sure you have food at home right? Can I work at McDonalds and stay healthy?
The company cannot force you to eat their food. They would be the subject of so many lawsuits from the Labor department otherwise.

Of course you can bring your own healthy alternatives.
Just eat a salad there without ranch or anything that's bad for you
mc donalds is not healthy.it's actually one of the worsts foods to eat.
