What people think about illegals taking jobs?

I know I have heard alot of speeches by people saying that illegals are taking the jobs that Americans do not want. Do these people think all Americans get CEO jobs and other high paying jobs. Some people might not have the oppertunities or ability to get a nice high paying job. So they have to get the bad jobs that a avalible like Wal-mart, landscaping, janitor, McDonalds, ect. This is not because they want these jobs but because they need these jobs because they can't get anything better. Yet, with the hundreds of thousands of ILLEGAL immigrants coming to America the people that were BORN here are having to fight with people that jumped a fence and come here because their own country does not want to help them.What people think about illegals taking jobs?
The lady above me is right....I also live on a border city in Texas, and I see "Hiring" signs everywhere....I am self employed now, but my old boss has called me back to work for him, he needs workers....
America was based on a capitalist economy...I am not saying that anyone is more deserving of a job than anyone else, but with a 4% unemployment rate, it is almost impossible to not find a job...I live in Texas (RIGHT next to Mexico) and I always see job openings at McDonalds or Wal-Mart...the problem is that some people think that it is below them or that it doesn't pay enough, or that it is easier to get on welfare than to work! Bottom Line---it's a dog eat dog world...What people think about illegals taking jobs?
Illegals wanted to get jobs Americans do not want and wanted. They wanted to work hard and be promoted even to CEO. Thus, it is anybody's ballgame because each person must fight it out to climb the ladder and be successful.
U are not right, u think that people who works in mcdonalds, walmart janitors etc don't need abilities and that's incorrect, since mcdonalds changed the personnel who works there for americans is a mess, the last 3 times i went there they were mistaken in my order, that never happend before when illegals were working there.

On landscaping, americans don't know how to do a good job, olny some people knows how to work landscaping.

My boss (janitors a security company) recently he told me: just illegals know how to clean, when the HR 1804 starts i gonna close the company because i preferr close the company that hire americans, they make to many problems and they are too lazy (he, my boss is american, and he knows his people).What people think about illegals taking jobs?
You are right. I never heard of any american citizen who is out of a job and needs one, that has turned down any job. That stuff is a bunch of bull and I am glad to see someone else say that.



I would do mostly anything if I had to, if that was all there is to do in order to keep my household.



These people making these statements and speeches who say such things have never been in a situation where they had to work. They don't think they would do such jobs because they never had to, they must have had it easy their whole lives and would not stoop so low as to do a min. wage job.



We all know that a min wage job is a job. If there were no way to get a job for most people, they would do any job there was. That statement is for the rich, high class, snobby americans who have had it easy their whole life.
The "jobs Americans won't do" line is bullcrap that needs to be retired. It's only because people from foreign countries have been allowed to come in and occupy the lower class in huge numbers that they have started to take over these jobs. And why is this illegal immigration encouraged? Because they'll work for well-under-minimum-wage pay that natural US citizens wouldn't be able to live on.



And besides that, the illegals are starting to take higher-up jobs that Americans DO want and get. Anybody hear of the recent layoffs by Best Buy and other technology firms? These guys were making 8 dollars an hour - and were STILL let off to let the illegal invaders get their slice.
It just a flat out lie that they do jobs US citizens wont do. At the factory I work at there were 68 of them working for the temp agency. They got the same pay as everyone else. Notice were because they got deported and now those jobs are filled with legal citizens.
I think it's time we rounded up ALL the illegals and sent them back to wherever they came from. Then we should militarize the border. As far as "jobs that Americans won't do," that arguement is crap. Americans won't do those jobs for $25 a day because legal citizens don't have 20 of their buddies to go in on a 2 bedroom apartment with. If we removed illegals from the work force, the cost of produce will go up, but according to one study, lettuce would go up 6 CENTS. WE pay enough for these people to freeload on our health care system, and then they send all their money back "home." Well it's about time the "real" American people took a stand against the poor, unskilled workers that Mexico (among other countries) keep sending us. We have enough poor people here who are actual citizens, we should take care of them before impoting poverty from a 3rd world country.
Illegal aliens are not wanted or needed here. We need to secure our borders and deport them. We need to enforce our laws and fine the employers who hire illegal aliens.
It sucks, period. If they think we don't want those jobs, just go down to the unemployment line sometime and ask them.

I have been a hard working American for fifty years now and am not afraid or unwilling to do any paying job.

has to look at their neighbors and do something about the

economies because that is the first step and the rest , the big, big companies already done their jobs even in my country. They do enjoy good prospects like the vietnam with many indulgences that bring profit and economic growth to the country. Besides, just the normal trading relations. I am a Singaporean and I even know Vietnam how its propers economically. Just educate the illegal immigrants the legal system of your country. Illegal immigrants are everywhere in this new global economy. Understand them!
one time i heard this lady and man talking about how there's no work thats why shes on welfare and how she couldnt find a job because all the immigrants are taking them. the man told her mcdonnals is always hiring, why not apply there? she told him with an attitude,"im not gonna work at mcdonnalds for minimum wage! he told her well do you have any degrees or at least a HS diploma? she said no, but i aint workin in no mcdonnalds! you see these people are the ones that abuse the system she was born here but yet she's not willing to work there because shes too good for it. if its not true why dont citizens work in algriculture picking produce, theres a shortage there.

I worked at a plastic molding company and they needed workers bad i was one of the few citizens that work there and I got rank because i was bilingual and a from here. these poor ladys busted their as* off. we did get a few people born here but they quit after a day or two, some didnt return from their brakes. they paid $8.00 an hour, they just said it was too hard.

Hello this aint no office job and if youre a HS dropout this is the best you could do, but for some reason they feel entitled to more. theyre even callin immigrants out to the mid west due to worker shortage in factories. I know my aunt moved to iowa because theres alot of work. but people get mad at that. the problem is people born here who own these companies are hiring them over us, 1. less whining 2. harder workers and so on if its not true why is it going on now?
If you really want no illeagal immagrants. Make it:

Ilegal to own properity or businesses,

Give big fines on anyone who hires them to work for them. I have no problem with them comming here. Just do it legally.

Or, If you don't want them here. Just get a bunch of the bars that you put on the belt at the grocery store, to seperate your groceries from the other persons items, at the grocery store. And put those on the border. Nobody goes over those.
oh so now we take YOUR jobs. we only take jobs you lazy americans don't bother to do. get your facts straight. whats the big problem what have they done to you. they have every right to be here and no one should judge them so leave us alone.
