You can fill it out right there and often interview with the manager right away. I suggest when you do this, wear something nice. Make them think you're an adult and you have a better chance of getting the job.



Lastly, look at the McDonalds farthest from homes. Most fast food employees are teenagers and cannot drive. So the restaurants farthest from houses are usually the most desperate for help and will most likely start you within days.
