interview questions, attitude, grades, ect.How did you get a job at mcdonalds?
First i graduated at the top of my class in high school with a 4.6 GPA after that i got a full scholarship to CalTech one of the most prestigious schools in America, from there i made it into all Honors Classes, after working at a Nano Technology firm in Arizona for 10 years i thought it was about time i furthered my career and applied at McDonalds i wasn't sure if i would be qualified but the manager said he felt sorry for me and started me off as a janitor making minimum wage,
So just do everything i did and good luck!
1st of all this is to Sam E's response THEY CAN NEVER... EVER... ASK FOR YOUR AGE. That is against the law to ask for age. they can ask a question like this though like are you under 18 or over 18. but they can never ask how old you are thats against the law and can sue them for that.
2nd grades dont matter ive seen plenty of drop outs young or old working fast food especially mcdonalds. most of them i had in my class and i watch them fail with a D or below.
attitude has to be positive of course dont swear dont be all depressed i mean you need to show them you want this job. but like what Sam E also said about the interview yes usually they interview you on the spot as you ask for an application and you turn it in and then they'll interview you right their n then. it's just a few questions i mean if an old lady can get it why can't you?How did you get a job at mcdonalds?
it's best to go into the store and apply there... i got hired and got an interview on the spot
they ask your age and name and your availabily
its pretty easy and straight foward
you have orientation and then some training days
good luck :)
you go there and apply. Don't worry. They ask a few questions. You act happy, positive, smart and careful. Be honest. How did you get a job at mcdonalds?
