I Am A Juvenile (17 Years Of Old) And Last Summer I Got Arrested For Arson And Tresspassing....I Got My Charges Dropped Could I Still Get The Job At Mcdonalds ?Can You Get A Job At Mcdonalds With Having A Felony On Your Record But You Were Provin Not Guilty?
1) you can't possibly have a felony conviction on your record because you weren't convicted. DUH

2) why is every word capitalised? Can You Get A Job At Mcdonalds With Having A Felony On Your Record But You Were Provin Not Guilty?
Based on your question, no, its not a bar from employment to be arrested for a felony, and found not guilty in court over it or if the charges were dropped, which means you can get a job at Miccy D's after the fact, but to be absolutely for sure, you need to run a background check on yourself and make sure it states the charges were dropped in the disposition on the record. If it doesn't, you need to get a certified copy of your disposition and send it off to your state's bureau of investigation to make sure it reflects it on your record, another thing to do is to motion the court to expunge the record so it will not show up all together, if expungement isn't feasible in your state, then motion the court to seal the record, either way, it won't show up on your background at all and will be as if it never happened. Also, if there is a part on the application process that asks if you were arrested for a felony, be honest and say yes, or they could refuse to hire you based on false information, but if it asks if you were convicted of a felony, state no, and if they ask, tell them you were arrested, but the charges were dropped because they found out you didn't do it. If it asks to provide details on the arrest, state Arrested, but charges were dropped when they found out I didn't do it.Can You Get A Job At Mcdonalds With Having A Felony On Your Record But You Were Provin Not Guilty?
Dumbass, if you have a felony you were not proven innocent.
If you weren't convicted, then it isn't on your record.
