14 year old Getting a summer job at mcdonalds or related?

This summer, i was hoping to get a job at mcdonalds and i have a bunch of questions to ask.

1) i want to work for summer break only, is that possible

2) What do i need to do before applying

3) I've heard friends talk about child permits and such, do i need to get that by myself or will the company take care of it?

4) Do i need recommendations from school or anything?

Your school can tell you if you need a work permit. Once hired at McDonalds they will set your schedule. If you only want to work during the summer, let them know, but you may find it so rewarding that you want to continue in the fall. They will train you on how to do everything at their store. You need to apply and look and act professional. Hope this helps.
