im nervous about my interview tomorrow and i just want to know what some other peoples experiences have been when interviewed for a job at mcdonalds.What are your experiences with interviews for Mcdonalds?
Just be bright and happy and enthusiastic to work and show you make an effort to get on well with your workmates and show respect to your bosses!!
Personality is one of the main things.
I have a friend who is a McD manager and one day she interviewed a young guy who for about 20 mins only gave answers of "YES" or "NO". At the end the girls asked him what he could offer McD's and he said "my personality" !!!!LOLOLOL What a laugh they had later !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
