Question about mcdonalds job application?

I am applying online and I put my hours as 6AM to 11PM and then it asks how many hours per week I am available to work. I am free all summer how many hours should i put ?



the application also says to fill in something for "department" what do i fill in for that?Question about mcdonalds job application?
Put 40 for the hours because that's full time not sure if they have it avaliable and most likely you would be a crew member or grill or cashier/drivethruQuestion about mcdonalds job application?
I would put "40+" (forty plus) so they know you want to work full time and are willing to work overtime.



But school starts in about a month so maybe you should just put down 20 hours... that would be 4 hours per day for 5 days, after school hours or weekends.



Put "any" for department. I don't know what they mean but it's always good to be willing to do anything.



You're not going to get a job just by filling out an online application anyway. You need to go to the McDonald's where you want to work during their slow time (2 pm to 4 pm, in general), ask for the manager, and tell the manager that you want to work there. If they ask you to fill out an application, go ahead and do it. Bring a pen with you and try to fill out the app neatly and with correct spelling.



Go back in 2 weeks if they haven't hired you yet. Keep going back about every 2 weeks. Eventually, you'll arrive at a time when someone just got fired or quit and they'll need someone right away and that person will be you.
