I have an interview for Mcdonalds tomorrow and I applied as a crew member. What does a crew member do? Is it part of being a cashier? Or do they make the food in the back?Help with possible Mcdonalds job?
A crew member does a variety of things varying from cashier, making burgers, cooking fries to cleaning the dining area.
Generally speaking, for your interview just come across as flexible, enthusiastic and give common sense answers and they'll probably hire you.
They generally work you up towards cashier/front counter service. So you'll probably start in the dining room and then be trained up on fries and then front counter. Though they may decide to train you in burger assembly also.
Good luck and don't feel stressed, I'm sure you'll do fine.Help with possible Mcdonalds job?
