What skills/experience do you need to work at Mcdonalds?

I filled out a job application yesterday online %26amp; have no job experience what so ever. I am american %26amp; speak english ONLY! Also I am 24 year old college student. What are the chances I will get a job at mcdonalds?What skills/experience do you need to work at Mcdonalds?
Depending on where you live, a second langueage may be an asset French in parts off Canada,Spanish in parts of U.S.

Other than that, a good attitude. willing to learn and take instructions from someone who may be your age. Able to get along with other staff is also important.

There is nothing wrong with working at McD's. They have an excellent training program and room for advancement

None really. They train you on the job.
