What does the Primary Maintenance job at McDonalds Consist of?

I recently got hired for the Primary Maintenance position and I am just wondering what I am going to have to do. I just don't want to cook or prep food, or do the cashier lol.

As Primary Maintenance, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building and the equipment. You will do such jobs as the daily filtering and cleaning of the fryer vat, weekly cleaning behind the grills and fry vat, cleaning the parking lot which includes scrubbing the pavement, cleaning both the inside and parking lot garbage receptacles, keeping the garage corral organized, cleaning windows, scrubbing the tile trims, keeping any outside picnic tables clean, helping with deliveries, maintaining the lobby area during rush periods, and fixing minor problem with the equipment.
