What does it take to work at Mcdonalds?

I want to get a job at Mcdonalds %26amp; ive never had a job before. What should i expect? And how can i be sure i get the job? What does it take to work at Mcdonalds?
What should you expect? Expect a bad working environment. If you can ignore or filter the negativity from either coworkers, management or customers, you should be fine

How can you be sure to get the job? 1) Show that you are a good student who is never tardy; 2) Be a quick learner; 3) Smile and show a good attitude (even though it is a bad environment; 4) Wear white shirt (preferably a collared one) and black pants. Pulled back your hair or put it in a ponytail; 5) Show any volunteer work that you have done or organizations/clubs that you belonged to

It is probably better to find a job somewhere else. This job would be your first and it is important to make a good experience; otherwise, your next job may not understand why this job did not work out.

Many people will knock this job, but I am pleased that you have taken an interest. As a job counselor, I believe this to be a great job for teenagers and the elderly alike. Teenagers can stand to learn many qualities and traits that you will most certainly use in other employment opportunities.

Here is a little of what you can expect. For one it is a fast hiring job and when you fill out the McDonalds application you can be sure that you are applying to obtain a job with one of the finest fast food restaurants world wide. After all 1.5 million employees cannot be wrong. Additionally, you can expect to receive raises at intervals. They have many small raises that they love rewarding their employees with. What else can you look forward to? Well how about learning to be responsible, and work in a fast paced environment, also be flexible and many, many more things. I commend you for inquiring, and trying to land the McDonalds job. This is most certainly one experience you will not soon regret. The best of luck to you with your future job endeavors. What does it take to work at Mcdonalds?
Expect to feel overworked a lot, feel crapped on by ignorant customers, brace for ****** managers.

It's usually very easy, but expect a lot of peopleto think your job is simpler than it really is.
