Is working the tills at McDonalds difficult?

Just got a full time job at McDonalds and starting my first shift working tomorrow. Apparently I will be on either the grills or on the tills. What should I expect and is it difficult?Is working the tills at McDonalds difficult?
Im sure you well get all the training you need. Ive noticed when someone is new they dont do both order taking and making up the orders, some one helps them. Good luckIs working the tills at McDonalds difficult?
