...it's pretty much a wash, really.
Cons:
Mean customers
No employee benefits
Lazy, stupid co workers
Bosses who expect too much for very little pay
Low wages
Being expected to change your hours at a moments notice
Seeing how the food is really made
Stupid uniforms
Racism
Sexism
Sexual Harassment (NEVER put up with that, no matter what)
All that grease, bad for your skin.

pros: job mobility, chance for leadership, free food, can poison people, great pay
cons: requires an education, burn your hand, have to be nice to people, cook your own meals everyday
