My knowledge of the Value menu is spectacular, and I can suggest to the customer what is best to get.

* What kind of things do you enjoy doing outside school/work?

Thank you for the two points.
may be Mc D's is to advanced for you !!??How do I answer these interview questions for McDonalds?
1) I want the job because I want to work and make a living. I interact well with people and I'm a team player.

2) I know Mcdonalds means quality customer satisfaction and a long standing committment to service. What's wrong with wanting to be a part of that?

3) My strengths are that I'm smart, a quick learner, willing to start immediately, thinks fast on my feet, and works well with others. Weaknesses? I think maybe I might be nervous about getting the job.

4) I would like to start and work my way up within an organization. Learn all I need to know and teach and help others.

5) Calmness, coolheadedness, and patience in dealing with the public, also a good sense of humor, ability to put things into perspective, friendliness and a good atitude will go a long way.

6) Tell them what you are studying, what sports you enjoy, if you play an instrument or have a hobby or another sort of job or responsibility

Good luck
Only if you want the job...all interviews are the same..they want to see where you are in life and what you know about the company...what you have to offer and what you're expecting in return. How do I answer these interview questions for McDonalds?
Well only you can answer why you want the job!

You need to work and enjoy meeting the public and you like the atmosphere of Mc Donalds.

What do you know about them%26gt;? Look them up and do some research to find out more-how many in your location-how many customers-opening times-range of foods-whatever you can find out.

Strengths and weaknesses-are you friendly? A good timekeeeper? Reliable? A good teamworker? thats strengths. Dont look for a list of weaknesses! Maybe " A bit quiet or inexperienced if that is the case but I wouldnt worry about that part.

Career ambitions-well only you can realy answer that one-it depends why you want to work there-are you looking for promotion one day? If you are just desperate for a job then tell them that you have always loved their place and you may one day be looking for a supervisory poisition but you are happy with the position they are offering.

Skills etc-any experience you have-cash handling, customer service-whatever you can think of.

Activies-not that important-just put the normal stuff-cinema-tv-bowling, whatever. They dont want the next wannabb xfactor winner or model who is always off somewhere for a competitions-they just want a worker who is going to get on with the job and be reliable.

All places ask the same sort of questions and if you are incapable of answering them thn your name gets aimed at the waste basket so do your best.
*I want the job just for the discounts and cash. Plus I can get free salt and ketchup whenever I want.

*I know that however fatty the food is, it tastes good. I know the motto is 'I'm Lovin' It' and that they have awesome sandwiches. I know the "M" for mcdonalds looks more like a "W", and I know how to opperate a McDonalds Ice Cream Machine. I want to work for you so I can get the discounts, cash, salt and ketchup, and free napkins and straws.

*I have a weakness for food, it always is just begging me to eat it. I'm a strong eater and can choke down just about anything.

*I want to have a paying job with discounts on great things, like food. I'd even like to rise to manager.

* Eating, good sense of smell, literacy, umm, knowing what certain ingrediants are called, and having the guts to tell the boss about the guy peeing in the burgers

*I love to eat, sleep, play video games, and eat. I could always use the extra cash.... I read when forced and same with studying.

I agree, those ?'s are a little difficult, here are my REAL answers

*I have always had a calling in the fast food industry. The job is close enough to home, and seems to have reasonable wages. I would like to contribute to the company.

*I have lived near a Mc Donalds all my life, and you always see

people smiling there. I think it would be great to work in such a wonderful atmosphere. I know Mc Donalds is one of the fastest growing fast food chains in the world, and would like to become a part of that.

* I have good work ethics and I'm can pull my weight well. I always work hard to reach team goals, and can associate well with group jobs.

*I hope to contribute to my job, and become valued at my chosen career. I would like to earn my way up, and perhaps one day become a manager for your company.

* I'm sure being able to socialize to an extent with people is important, especially when manning the registers. I'm sure my nack for being a perfectionist will be important when creating Mc Donalds delicacies, and knowing the importance of quality to the customer is great to have too.

*I sometimes volunteer, read, watch TV, and other things. I hang out with friends, and have decided to get a new job to help fill in my free time

* What kind of things do you enjoy doing outside school/work? COLLECTING HAPPYMEAL TOYS.
They do seem a little bit involved! My best guess is that they would like to choose people who seem enthusiastic and willing to um, kiss a little @ss, but not so much that it's creepy.

Try to put away your judgements and answer as honestly (yet positively) as possible.

OK, "career ambitions" does seem to call for a little creative fudging. Unless you'd really like to become a manager or a franchise owner someday. In which case, play up the entry level experience bit!

Or choose a smaller Mom %26amp; Pop chain in which to work. Different kind of BS, but friendlier and not so Big Brotherish.
-Because I can't get a job anywhere else

-Because I think that even if my IQ is only 50, you will hire me

-I can pee standing up, and I don't run up the phone bill. Plus, I eat very little

-I want to become President of the "Wee-Man Woman Haters Club"

-Like I was saying before, my peeing skills, and I can drive better than women.

-I like to hunt, I like to hate on women...and I like to masturbate because no woman will have me. Oh, BTW, I don't want to do any cooking, or cleaning, cause that's women's work. So, can I just take orders? Oh, wait...women are supposed to do that, too. So what do you have that I can do and still feel "manly?"

Hope this helps! Good luck!!
