Get a pal to apply,there can be many reasons why you did not fit the bill,are you fat,coloured,ugly,untrendy,dirty,smelly,鈥?would think that Oz is the same as the UK with discrimination laws. but an ideal candidate would be slim and fit,well groomed pleasant to the eye educated and white (coloured in Africa ect)Forgot to add a male has a better chance of getting the job as will not take time off with the curse or stuffing the employer with paid maternity leave, also to be understood when speaking,a person from Newcastle say has problems with the accent in London and perhaps the other way round,my local Mac has two attractive Polish girls but speaking to them is a pain. All these laws Religion,Sex,Age,Colour,Size in the end do not work.
