Who should I put for my reference on my mcdonalds application form?

I'm applying online for a job at McDonalds. One of the questions asked is I need to provide 3 personal or professional references. What do they mean by that and who should I put down? I've heard people say I shouldn't put family or friends but those are the only people I know. I really want a job and your answers would really help me!Who should I put for my reference on my mcdonalds application form?
Friends and family should be generally avoided, unless you also have a strong professional relationship with them. I am assuming that this is your first job (as you would normally put previous co-workers/employers as your references).

Try thinking of teachers, coaches, tutors, friends of your parents (only if they know you well enough to attest to your personality)...

Good luck with your application!
References from family and friends are generally considered useless by employers, because such references are always glowing recommendations regardless of the person's worthiness.

Teachers whom you have had in class and who know you would be good. Your school's principal or guidance counselor would also be good, provided you've been a good student. Do you go to church? Someone from church would be OK. Have you ever worked for anyone --- even mowing their grass, or babysitting, or ....? Ask them --- they can describe what a great worker you are.

Think of adults who know you. Maybe someone who is a friend of your parents.Who should I put for my reference on my mcdonalds application form?
I really have trouble with that part as well. I often leave it blank or I put a previous employer on them. A teacher that likes you, a neighbor who's yard you mow or snow shovel, etc. I would recommend that you ask them first before putting them on.
Teachers who would say good stuff about you places you volunteerd and they say good stuff about you jobs you had in the pass and they say good stuff about you.Who should I put for my reference on my mcdonalds application form?
school teacher, neighbor. pastor at the church. aunt or uncle.

any of these will be fine.
