How could you get hired by mcdonalds?

im 14 and im a freshmen in secondary school and i would like to apply for a job in mcdonalds so i could get some decent pay and also i heard mcdonalds has great training and that working at mcdonalds on your resume would get you any other job you would like to have.

What should i tell them to get hired by mcdonalds? are there any tips to get hired? anyone who personally has worked at mcdonalds?

I never worked @ a fast food place but when you apply, give your application to the manager, not the workers because I heard they throw them away or not turn them in. good luck.
Well if you want to get hired at McDonalds, then you can, but first you do have to apply, and you need some experience on what your trying to do.

then you can fill out a resume about yourself and stuff like that.

It's not that hard at all. Just go in and apply. There's like 5 of them in every town so you can apply at all of them. Seriously it's the easiest place to get hired at.
go to your school counselor most high schools have a work program that you also will get credit for.How could you get hired by mcdonalds?
just apply there. the one here hired EVERY ONE. no joke. they called me for a job a year after i applied :S
