Help me with McDonalds job interview questions?

1. What's your opinion on a laid back atmosphere at work? 2. What about a serious atmosphere?Help me with McDonalds job interview questions?
Should be however you should be to make a customer happy and comfortable
(1) A laid back atmosphere puts employees at ease, and facilitates better communication between different levels of management. As long as accountability remains, it's preferable for a small outlet, where we want to take full advantage of the flexibility it affords us.

(2) A serious atmosphere is best suited to a very busy or very large outlet. The problem with this approach is that it tends to be less input driven; when there's a clear top-down structure, you'll see less personal initiative. Someone is less likely to just knock on the manager's door and say "Hey, I have a great cost savings idea".

It's also about our image in front of customers. Great for a bank to present a serious image. But McDonald's isn't really selling burgers, it's selling a culture. And is that culture really a serious, sombre one? Overall I'd say a serious tone is less beneficial to McDonald's.

(Ps: When asked what McDonald's product is, or asked to describe it, always say it's a particular image or culture. Don't just say "burgers".)

Best of luck! :)

Oh, don't forget to bargain that salary (bit more complicated):

The question clearly asks for YOUR opinion. So that's what they want to hear.

Job interview questions have no "right" answer. Generally companies have two goals during interviews: to find out if you're qualified (it's McDonald's, so you are), and to find out if you'll fit in with the environment, employees, and customers.

So when they ask for how YOU feel about something, just be honest. If they get the wrong impression of you and then hire you because of it, they'll be disappointed and you might find that you don't get to keep your job.
You believe your work atmosphere should consist of both a comfortable/Friendly environment but not lack rules and regulations to ensure the job at hand is being done with 100% proficiency.
