I am 15, I applied for a job at McDonalds. I'm suppose to call them at 8 oclock today to see if they reviewed my application. 2 Years ago in 7th grade I got 2 counts of sexual harassment that was suppose to be a joke but ended up into more. Will this hurt my chances? It goes away when I'm 18 though.Will 2 counts of Sexual Harrasement hurt my chances of a Job at McDonalds?

Criminal charges for a minor are usually sealed. Assuming you were prosecuted and found guilty. Someone just accusing you, don;t go into any records.

i dont think so. they look at your resume right? not into your student reports and look for things like "this student has been suspended or expelled so i cant hire them." dont worry.

No. my best friend there had like 2, and also a "caught with liquor" charge or whatever they call it....they knew all about it and still hired him.
