How many jobs have been created by saving your money?

A liberal asked that as a retort to a question here and I'm trying to figure out if this is typical liberal mentality or not. Is saving money a terrible idea because someone might not have a job at McDonalds? Or is saving your money a good idea because it helps to secure yourself financially? How many jobs have been created by saving your money?
Saving money is not a good idea,,,it's a great idea, everyone should try it.
It secures you financially, but it doesn't create jobs. The argument against giving the rich tax breaks is that they probably won't spend the money on new jobs or services, they typically save several percent more of their money than a poorer person with a small 401k plan.

Economically, consumer confidence is the confidence people have to stop saving money and spend it. And consumer confidence is a very strong measure of the economy. The less people save, the stronger the economy. The weaker people think the economy is, the more they save. It is a risk issue. In a strong economy people believe they can get more money and are more likely to spend. How many jobs have been created by saving your money?
Liberals just get mad because if someone is saving money, then they aren't spending it. This means this money will not be taxed at the point of sale, which means less money to support entitlements for the lazy left.
I would have told that Liberal - Do you mean CREATED or SAVED?

Then I would have said... I Saved MY job... by not having to moonlight. How many jobs have been created by saving your money?
Liberals want your money...they think you are to incompetent to spend it wisely.
