Well what you could do to find out is go to a "McDonalds" that you want gainful employment from and ask for an application for employment and also ask questions like the one about "needing a license to acquire a job" or if your question goes unanswered, fill out your application for work, turn it in, when you are given an interview appointment, that's when you can get all your questions answered write down questions on some note paper so you won't forget what you what to ask. no, I used to work there when I was sixteen and almost everyone caught the bus. The only form of ID i had was my high school ID.

No, you do not need a driver's license, but you do need some form of official identification as well as a social security card. You can get a state ID card in most states at the same office you would get a driver's license. McDonald's workers are not required to drive.

Not if you can't spell "lisence"... actually... with all the ex-cons flipping burgers or the drunks and street people they hire form the sheltered workshops.. people who don't HAVE a Driver's LICENSE because they lost their last one with a DUI or DWI... all you need is a photo ID.
