What real jobs can a 14 year old get? Are places like walmart, target, or mcdonalds options?

I am 13 but I'm turning 14 in a few weeks. I want to get a job once I'm 14 because my parents make me buy my own things and I don't have any money. I was wondering if there are any real jobs that a 14 year old can apply for. Also, I live in NH so I don't know if there is a law against it here. Thanks for your help! What real jobs can a 14 year old get? Are places like walmart, target, or mcdonalds options?
Yes, actually you can! At restaurants that don't serve alcohol, you have to be at least 13 to get a job as a bus boy/girl. They actually make very good pay! My friend is a bus girl (this is the job of cleaning off tables and setting them) and she makes a good 300 dollars a week! Hope this helps!
The best advice for you is focus on school rather than on all those material things they are tempting. The most i would recommend you to do is to babysit or maybe talk to your mum that she can maybe give you some kind of allowance if you do some work around the house. My brother wanted to get a job too but i stand in his way and i will always stand in his way cause he has to focus on school. What real jobs can a 14 year old get? I know that in certain states you can work as a bag girl/boy in grocery stores like safeway, you get paid minimum wage but it's better than nothing. As for McDonald's you have to be at least 16.
Nope, you can not work in those places until 16. You could do housework for elderly, babysitting, sell avon. Maybe work in a movie theatre. What real jobs can a 14 year old get? Are places like walmart, target, or mcdonalds options?
no most jobs like that r 16 and up if you need money you can do a community thing like lemonade or rakeing leaves.............maybe if your luckey a local carvel or something, my friend kinda knows the manager but you can always try
you can get certain jobs at publix or a supermarket store just google them and look for the job applications and it usually breaks down where you can work within the store.
McDonalds is deffinitely an option, but Wal-Mart and Target don't hire you unless you're sixteen. Try Burger King as well.
no u have to be 16 to work at those places...................u can do babysitting or raking leaves or shoveling snow or paper delivery. call your newspaper and ask if they need carriers. it pays bad but at least its money
First of all, you need to get a working permit because you're younger than 16. Then I'd worry about applying somewhere.
im pretty shure its 16 everywhere coz child labor laws but then again idk
check the individual websites
i work at mcdonalds, im 16.

its okay there i guess. my store is a franchise so i get paid more on hourly rate rather then regular places belonging to the head office.

its decent job, bit of hard work but thats makes time go a lot faster which is good.

its not bad for first job, cant be too picky but im goin to quit as soon as i find a new job because im kind of sick of it now and its only been a year.

the downside is also sometimes customers treat you like sh*t and thinks its fine because you only work at a fast food place and depends on the people who work there or your managers. one of my managers is a total b*tch.

but yeah its okay for first job, and ur young so youll have high chance of gettin hired.

i think target and walmart are good, you dont get dirty and its not hard but my sister said time went slowly for her because u stand all day swiping items.

maybe you should work at mcdonalds for 6 months until ur 15 maybe, then thatll look good on your resume and you can then apply for a better job.

im going to be appling for a cinema job,

hope i helped.
