What jobs can you get if you have a 3 year old drug related felony?

I know someone with one who says they can't even get a job at Mcdonalds because of it. Is this true? What jobs can this guy get? And is he really that screwed? That's the only thing he has on his record.What jobs can you get if you have a 3 year old drug related felony?

you can work for anyone who is willing to hire a felon.........i guess Mcd's isn't one of them.
